Jasper has completed more than 500 retained searches since starting with Heidrick & Struggles in their Sand Hill Rd office back in 1999. He founded Good Humans after helping to build two of the best brands in executive recruiting. After lots of dishwashing, pizza driving, and table waiting, his first professional job was being a consultant in Accenture's Supply Chain Strategy practice.

Jasper works with Series A through newly public companies, placing CROs, CMOs, and CEO/Board level. He has developed a unique assessment approach that identifies those rare executives who can both operate at the top of their function, but also remain accessible, authentic, and intentional.

His placements have helped drive $100's of Billions in wealth, including dozens of VP placements at Databricks, Okta, Procore, Samsara, Flexport, Gainsight, Mulesoft, Forter, Highspot, and many more “future household names”.

Jasper is a proud "girl dad", raising 12 & 10 year old daughters, Kirra and Sasha, with his wife (Michelle) in Encinitas, CA. He completed his BS at Jacksonville University and MBA at University of Florida. When not working, he's definitely on the bike.
