Jordan co-founded Good Humans after three years executing high-profile GTM projects at True Search. Prior to True, Jordan spent over five years at a leading staffing company, where he opened new markets and sold into F100 brands like Pepsi, AstraZeneca, CocaCola, and many more. After becoming the #1 Rep in the company, Jordan was promoted to Director and team leader, before making the move into retained search.

Jordan will lead Good Humans' AI efforts as a voracious learner and growth hacker - he's constantly on the prowl for next gen tooling and is wildly optimistic about how AI will change the executive search game. When he's not expanding Good Humans’ reach and hunting the hardest pulls in tech, he's listening to podcasts while getting his miles in on the bike.

Jordan grew up in rural Indiana and his first paid job was milking cows at 11 years old! He played basketball in college on a full ride scholarship which has translated into a love of endurance sports. He lives in Saint Petersburg, FL with his wife Bevin and 2 dogs.
